Far West 1

A gray granite flat gravestone marker lying flush with the ground in a grassy cemetery plot. The stone is rectangular and engraved with the family surname 'LOEHNDEN' prominently at the top in large letters. Below it: 'ERNEST / June 7, 1923 / May 17, 1990'. There is a decorative framed inscription 'Married / May 6, 1948' with subtle floral or scrollwork elements around it. Lower section: 'BETTY JEAN / May 12, 1926 / November 15, 2012'. No epitaphs, religious symbols, military emblems, or other icons visible on the stone. The stone shows some weathering and patina. To the right side, a red and white striped bucket-style flower pot containing healthy green plants with clusters of white blooms (possibly peace lilies or similar) serves as a memorial decoration. Surrounding the marker is lush green grass interspersed with white daisies, clover, dandelions, and weeds. No flags, mementos, or other items present. The scene appears to be a recent photo in spring or summer under natural daylight.
