Ruth "Sue" Storch A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, 2002, in Bethany Presbyterian Cemetery for Ruth "Sue" Storch, who died March 27 at age 89. Ruth LoCicero was born Nov. 27, 1912, in Los Angeles. She was a professional tap dancer and, later, served in the Navy during World War II. She moved to Portland in 1959 and was a homemaker. In 1946, she married Frederick A. He died in 1986. Survivors include her son, Mark; daughter, Vicki; brother, Dave LoCicero; and sisters, Elizabeth Brown and Lydia Bernard.
