Mildred E. Kolmayer Mildred E. Kolmayer died of causes related to age July 28 in her Gresham home. At her request, no service will be held. She was 86. She was born July 20, 1906, in Minneapolis. She moved to Oregon when she was 6 years old. She had lived most of her life in the Portland area. She had been a board member of the Americanization Council and held a Grange membership for more than 50 years. She had been a PTA member for more than 60 years and held a lifetime membership in Oregon Congress PTA. She was also a member of the Rose City Camelia Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star; Skyline American Relief Corps. Survivors include her son, Walter Schroeder of Stanfield; daughters, Irene Bernax and Kathryn Russell, both of Gresham; 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Disposition will be by cremation. The family suggests remembrances to United States Adult Cystic Fibrosis Association. Special Instructions: At her request, no service will be held.
