Flat gray granite gravestone flush with the ground in a grassy cemetery plot. The inscription reads: 'OUR BELOVED' at the top, followed by 'DENNIS LEE SAMUELSON' as the primary name. Birth and death dates are 'JAN. 27 1931 - DEC. 30 1978'. A carved stylized pine tree or fir tree emblem is positioned to the left of the name. Surrounding the stone are green grass blades, scattered brown and yellow autumn leaves, and a few small rocks or debris nearby. No flowers, flags, mementos, or other decorations are present. The stone shows slight weathering but text is clearly legible.
