Born on May 12, 1971, in Long Beach, CA, Todd was the second of three children to Ernest D. Garrison and Kayla Garrison. He grew up in Huntington Beach, CA, until 1979, when the family relocated to Hillsboro, OR. Todd graduated from Hillsboro High School with the Class of 1989 and later attended the University of Oregon, where he joined Phi Delta Theta, forming friendships and bonds that would last a lifetime. In 2016, Todd met his partner, Eren Alonso Cid, and they quickly connected, beginning a long-distance relationship until Eren moved to Beaverton in 2019. They celebrated their marriage on September 21, 2020, in Hillsboro and settled into their home in Beaverton. Todd initiated his career as an auto salesman while in college, steadily rising through the ranks to become General Manager. His remarkable 30-year career in the automotive industry demonstrated his commitment to the community, a strong work ethic, and the trust he built with both employees and customers. A passionate cook, Todd was a culinary master who loved sharing his skills with family and friends. He enjoyed traveling abroad and was known for his engaging and caring nature wherever he went. Todd is survived by his husband, Eren Alonso Cid, and Eren's family; his mother and grandmother, Kayla Garrison and Francis; Mullally; his father and stepmother, Doyle and Leann Garrison; his brothers and their spouses, Tom and Vivien Garrison, and Matt and Tonya Garrison; as well as his nephews, Zach and Aiden, and nieces, Anna and Olivia.
