Flat bronze gravestone marker flush with the ground, inscribed with the name 'SAM M. VIETZ' centered prominently. Birth date reads 'OCT 9, 1895' on the left side, death date 'DEC. 8, 1957' on the right side. A central Christian cross symbol is flanked by elaborate floral and vine motifs (lilies and scrolls) on both sides. No epitaph or additional inscriptions visible. The marker has a rectangular shape with curved edges and ornate borders. Surrounding area is green grass with patches of dry grass, small weeds, and clover; no flowers, flags, or mementos present. Weather appears sunny with natural outdoor lighting.
