Flat gravestone marker consisting of a rectangular bronze or metal plaque inset into a light gray granite or concrete slab laid flush with the ground. The main inscription reads 'RUTH E. BAUGHMAN' in large, raised capital letters, with birth and death dates '1895' and '1969' flanking a decorative motif of two blooming roses on stems. Below the main inscription, a secondary inscription reads 'BERNICE BYRNES 1921 - DAUGHTER - 2001' in smaller raised letters, indicating Bernice as the daughter. The stone is surrounded by green grass with some small weeds and clover visible around the edges. No additional decorations, flowers, flags, mementos, or symbols like crosses or military insignia are present. The style is a simple, horizontal family marker typical of mid-20th century cemeteries.
