Flat black granite gravestone marker set flush into the ground with white engraved lettering. The top prominently displays the family surname 'UNDERWOOD' in large capital letters. Below it, the names 'RAYMOND PRESTON' on the left and 'MARY E. ANDERSON' on the right. Birth and death dates are inscribed underneath: for Raymond Preston, 'JAN 12, 1920 - JAN 18, 2002'; for Mary E. Anderson, 'JULY 4, 1921 - JULY 17, 2009'. At the bottom, the inscription 'QUAKER FRIENDS'. The marker has a rectangular shape with polished surfaces and is bordered by concrete curbing. Surrounding the stone is dry grass, dirt, and sparse weeds, indicating a cemetery plot in a dry or arid environment. No symbols, emblems, flowers, flags, or other decorations are visible.
