Flat gray granite gravestone marker set flush into the ground, featuring an engraved line drawing on the left side depicting a tall pine tree with mountains or hills in the background and a river or stream at the base. The inscription reads 'LUCY FARNHAM FLEMING' in large block letters, with birth and death dates '1911 - 1998' below. Two circular concrete or metal lids, approximately 12 inches in diameter, are positioned on either side of the stone, possibly indicating columbarium niches or urn placements. The stone shows minor weathering and patina. Surrounding area is grassy lawn with scattered brown leaves, small yellow flowers or weeds, and patches of dirt, under natural outdoor lighting with shadows suggesting late afternoon or overcast conditions. No flowers, flags, mementos, epitaphs, or religious symbols beyond the landscape engraving are visible.
