Close-up view of a rectangular light gray granite memorial plaque embedded in a beige brick wall, likely in a columbarium or mausoleum. The plaque commemorates two individuals, presumably spouses: upper section for RICHARD ANTHONY HENRIQUES, born JAN 19, 1933, died JUNE 2, 2006; lower section for JANICE JANE HENRIQUES, born OCT. 7 1934, died JUNE 5, 20 (year partially visible, appears truncated). Lettering is in elegant black serif font, all uppercase. No epitaphs, religious symbols, or military emblems visible. Attached to the right side is a bronze vase or urn holder, cylindrical with flared top, empty, positioned next to Janice's dates; a small dark spot (possibly an insect) is on the vase. Decorative bronze rosette-like medallions are visible at the top left and bottom right corners of the plaque frame. The stone surface is clean and polished, with minor weathering on the surrounding bricks. No flowers, flags, or other mementos present.
