Flat gray granite gravestone marker for the Dersham family, lying flush with the ground in a grassy cemetery plot. The surname 'DERSHAM' is prominently engraved in large, bold uppercase letters at the top center. Below it, on the left side: 'JANICE J.', birth date 'FEB. 26, 1923', death date 'SEPT. 28, 1991'. On the right side: 'HAROLD C.', birth date 'MAY 18, 1921', death date 'JUNE 29, 1962'. At the bottom center: 'MARRIED JUNE 29, 1942'. Decorative elements include a carved rose emblem between the names and another rose motif near the dates. The stone has a polished surface with slightly weathered edges. Surrounding the marker is patchy green grass with some dry brown patches and small weeds; no fresh flowers, flags, or mementos are visible.
