Rectangular bronze flat gravestone plaque with ornate floral border. Center features an engraved portrait of a smiling young African American woman with shoulder-length hair and glasses. Name 'Jalidia Janice Burton' prominently engraved above portrait. Left side: 'Our Arms Were Filled For A Time...' and birth date 'October 14, 1994'. Right side: 'Our Hearts Are Filled For Eternity' and death date 'March 13, 2010'. Bottom inscription: 'Jalidia Our Precious Miracle Our Cherished Daughter Our Sweet Sister Our Dear Friend We Love You Always And Forever'. A vase of fresh flowers (pink roses, purple blooms, white flowers) placed adjacent to the plaque on a gray concrete surface. No additional symbols like crosses or military emblems visible.
