Flat, rectangular gravestone lying flush with the ground, made of reddish-brown granite or similar stone with engraved text and decorative elements. The prominent family surname 'MOELLER' is centered at the top in large, ornate lettering, flanked on the left by an engraved sheaf of wheat or floral emblem and on the right by a similar symmetrical design. Below the surname, two individuals are commemorated side by side: 'GUSTAV L. MOELLER' with birth date 'SEPT 1 1913' marked by a small cross symbol, death date 'OCT 3 1997'; and 'GERTRUDE L. MOELLER' with birth date 'APR 14 1914' also marked by a small cross symbol (no death date visible). At the bottom, the epitaph 'THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD' is inscribed in elegant script. The stone is surrounded by green grass with some dirt and small leaves visible around the edges. No flowers, flags, or other mementos are present.
