Flat gray granite gravestone marker for the Hickman family, set flush into green grass. At the top, the family surname 'HICKMAN' in large capital letters, flanked by decorative vine and flower motifs on both sides. Below, two columns for individuals: Left side - 'DOUGLAS A.', birth 'FEB 26 1948', death 'MARCH 21 2008', inscription 'LOVING SON', and military emblem 'AFC USAF'. Right side - 'FREDA IRENE', birth 'OCT 1 1918', death 'MARCH 10 2009', inscription 'LOVING MOTHER'. The stone has a slightly weathered surface with some dirt and grass stains around the edges. Surrounding the marker is lush green grass with a few scattered brown leaves and small twigs. At the bottom foreground, a pair of brown leather boots with laces are visible, positioned as if someone is standing near the grave taking the photo. No flowers, flags, or other mementos are present.
