Bronze flat gravestone marker lying flush with the ground in a grassy cemetery plot. The stone features the family surname 'BARTMESS' prominently centered at the top in large raised letters. Below it, two names are inscribed side by side: 'CLAUDE D. BARTMESS' with lifespan dates '1889 - 1975' on the left, and 'CHRISTINE W. BARTMESS' with lifespan dates '1891 - 1979' on the right. Decorative floral vine motifs frame the names, with rose-like flowers on the outer edges and swirling vine patterns connecting them. The stone has a weathered bronze finish with some patina. Surrounding the marker is patchy green grass with areas of dry, brown grass, indicating a sunny day with shadows cast from the stone. Two small circular concrete or metal bases or vase holders are positioned at the foot of the grave on either side.
