A weathered yellowish sandstone upright gravestone with a rectangular shape and beveled edges, approximately 3-4 feet tall, set on a rough stone base. The front face features deeply carved inscriptions in all capital letters: 'MARK BLAKE' prominently centered above the lifespan dates '1868—1915'. Above the name is a circular emblem about 6 inches in diameter containing a carved dove or bird symbol flanked by what appears to be clasped hands or praying figures, possibly a religious or Masonic symbol. The stone surface shows significant weathering, erosion, and lichen patches, with some insect or dirt spots. No additional epitaphs, relationships (e.g., father, mother), or military emblems are visible. The stone is situated in a grassy cemetery plot under sunny conditions with green grass and shadows indicating midday light. A rusted metal post or marker is visible to the right, partially obscured.
