Flat grave marker (lying slab) made of beige/tan granite or marble, set into dry brown grass with small green patches and white flowers at the base. The inset engraved panel reads "Happy Trails" as an epitaph above the name "JANET D. WHITMORE," with dates "June 30 1946" and "Sept. 12 2023" separated by a small cross symbol. An etched illustration of a light-colored horse stands on the left, framed by pine trees in the background, with additional pine trees engraved on the right side.
